How To Order/Our Policies

Step 1- Take your time to figure out what type of product you want made including the wood type, size, shape, carving (simple or ornate), and embellishments. Not sure? Just ask me, I'll be glad to help.

Step 2- Decide if you want to create the drawing and design for your product or if you'd prefer that I design it for you. All you have to do is explain your ideas to me and I'll create drafts for you to see until you like it.

Step 3- Figure out how much you want to spend on your product's creation first. I'll let you know based on your products complexity, design, labor, and supplies how much it will cost you upfront. The more detailed carving, complex design, and wood type will definately increase the price. I don't believe in surprises.

Step 4- Send me an e-mail or call with your product ideas. Please be as specific as possible, my goal is to create exactly what you want. We'll communicate back and forth until we're on the same page with your product and ready to start carving.

Payment: I only require a 50% deposit to begin work on your product with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. You may also pay in full if you prefer.

Policy: No refunds, exchanges or returns! It's hard to sell someone else's customized product to another customer.

Policy: You will lose your deposit and unfinished product if you decide to cancel your order.
